Being Part of the Network

Connecting Hong Kong’s mindfulness teachers and community — strengthening practice, promoting well‑being.

Membership of HKMTN provides more than a place on a teacher directory. It is an opportunity to connect with fellow mindfulness teachers, share knowledge and resources, develop your professional practice and contribute to a growing mindfulness community in Hong Kong.

What We Do

Established in 2014, the Hong Kong Mindfulness Teachers Network brings together mindfulness teachers across Hong Kong to connect, share, learn and support one another in our teaching and practice.

We provide a space for qualified teachers and affiliates to meet colleagues, exchange ideas and experiences, deepen their own practice and continue learning. Through our website, newsletter, community practices, retreats and events, we also help connect the wider community with mindfulness teachers and opportunities to practise across Hong Kong.

We are committed to maintaining high standards of mindfulness teaching in Hong Kong. As a Network, we encourage our members to uphold recognised good practice, ethical standards and appropriate teacher training, guided by principles such as those set out in BAMBA’s Good Practice Guidance.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to the integrity of mindfulness practice and teaching, and to building a community where we can learn from one another and practise together. In whatever ways we can, we bring the qualities of mindfulness into how we teach and how we live.
